Appointments/CancellationsWe recommend reservations at least one week in advance to ensure your preferred appointment time and service provider.
A valid major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or Second Wind Gift Certificate will be asked of you at time of booking to secure and confirm your appointment(s). Your credit card will not be charged at the time of scheduling.
Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged a $50 service fee to the credit card or gift certificate on file. In the event you are running late, we will attempt to make adjustments to accommodate you in the time remaining, however, the fee remains the same.
Guest who NO SHOW will be charged 100% of all services from the credit card or gift certificate used to hold the appointment.
