Please read these policies carefully. The spa policies apply to all visitors and others who wish to access any spa services. By accessing or using the services you agree to these policies.
Cancellation Policy
We recommend reservations at least one week in advance to ensure your preferred appointment time and service provider.
Spa services are guaranteed with a credit card. Your card will NOT be charged in advance. Storing a card on file is to ensure your appointment is secure and to protect the business from No Shows or Late Cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and all “no Shows” will be charged the full price of the service. You can also hold your slot by purchasing a gift certificate and notifying the spa. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, if you need to cancel please try to give us 24 hours notice by calling the spa.
Late Arrivals
In the event you are running late, we will attempt to make adjustments to accommodate you in the time remaining, however, you will only receive the remaining time of your service. Your service price will not be reduced because you are late. If you arrive too late to receive any treatment time, this will be treated as a No Show and you will be charged at full value of service missed. Please try to provide us with as much notice as possible.
No Shows
If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged at full value for the missed appointment. This applies to gift certificates we have on file as well. We will use these certificates if you do not show up for your appointment without notification.
Age Requirements
Guests must be over the age 18 for Spa services except Facials. Facials are available to individuals 13 years of age and older. As a courtesy to our other guests, lease do not bring children under 13 to your spa appointment. if you do, you will be rescheduled for a fee.
Cell Phones
Respecting the private and personal nature of our environment, cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted inside the spa. Please silence your phone in the spa and take your calls outside.
Our ambiance was created to promote relaxation… a quiet tone is appreciated. Please respect others while enjoying your Second Wind by using your ‘Spa Voice’ at all times while in the facility.
Animals
We love animals as much as you do, but State Law prohibits any animals on the premises except for certified service animals.
Gratuities
Our best reward is your personal recommendation of Second Wind to a friend. Gratuities are therefore left to your discretion. If you would like to show your appreciation to your therapist, 10% to 20% gratuity is customary.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with a product, please return it within 30 days. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. We will be happy to exchange your product for another product that is better suited to your needs.
Body Treatment Tid-Bits
Throughout your treatments you will be discreetly covered. Disposable underwear is available but feel free to bring a swim suit. (We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.)
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates may be mailed directly with a personalized greeting, or purchased online through our website.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at Second Wind at the time of service. Lost or stolen gift certificates are non-refundable, replaceable or valid. Gift certificates may be transferred and new gift certificates issued for a fee of $10 per re-issued gift certificate.
